Who will be at The Arnold Classic? We are excited to announce that for the first time in 4 years we will be back at The Arnold Classic in just under 5 weeks! The last time we attended The Arnold Classic it was back in 2012 and Sean Harley was competing on stage as an amateur Men’s Physique competitor in his first NPC show. Times have changed! In those past four years Rock Solid Nutrition had to quietly take a back seat while ithinkfit Gym (also owned by Rock Solid Nutrition’s Sean Harley and Heath Murray) grew exponentially. But, fast forward and now that we have built up our current team, with the addition of Chris Persigehl and Mindy Harley we have been able to re-boot the brand with a whole new look and bring in a team of Ambassadors to help spread the #RockSolidSociety
Not only that, since 2012 Sean received his IFBB Pro Card in Men’s Physique and will return to the Arnold stage as a Pro! Hot off his recent feature with Bobybuilding.com’s prestigious Bodies Of Work Volume 4, Sean is fired up to bring yet another perfectly aesthetic package to the stage! This plan includes his decision to train with the Guru himself, George Farah. A first for Sean, having trained and dieted himself for all of his previous career, Sean is looking forward to doing something he’s never done before and taking things to the next level! At his last competition at The Toronto Pro Show June 2015, Sean’s conditioning and size left the athletes and judges feeling like he perhaps outgrew the Men’s Physique category. Much to his excitement, in the fall of 2015, Sept 7th which so happens to be Sean’s Birthday, the IFBB announced their new category, Classic Physique. At last a category where Sean’s Physique would finally have a home!
While Sean is giving it his all on stage, at perhaps what will be his last Men’s Physique show before switching to Classic Physique we will all be at The Rock Solid Nutrition Booth #534 and we look forward to meeting you all and getting the chance to share with you what #RockSolidSociety means to us and the fitness industry.
