Omaha, NE is home but resides in Minneapolis; working as a Health Fitness Specialist for a corporate wellness company.

I have a BA in Exercise Science with a few certs as a NASM personal trainer & corrective exercise specialist, ACE orthopedic exercise specialist, and a nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition.

I workout 5 days/week for 60-75 minutes between weight training and teaching classes. I use Rock Solid Nutrition supplements to fuel and recover from my workouts; for example, I love getting creative with the Whey Iso-Synthesis flavors and frozen fruit for my post workout smoothies.
