Melissa Jones born and raised in Charlotte, NC., moved to California 2 years ago leaving everything she ever knew, to pursue her dreams of living in Sunny California and growing in the fitness industry. She worked 3 jobs to get here all the while, working on building her fitness brand. She’s overcome a lot in her past ; addiction (alcohol and eating disorders) and loves to help women. She is currently an online fitness and health coach for women and is working on her degree to become a licensed therapist.
